Our Mission

• To have other worthy organizations or individuals benefit from both charitable financial assistance and donations of members' time and efforts, regardless of race, religion or sex.
• To encourage a greater appreciation of Irish bagpipe music through live performances at public concerts and annual events as requested.
• To encourage its membership to promote the art of bagpipe music and Irish culture.
• To educate the community at large by helping individuals explore the heritage of the world's several Celtic music and traditions, including bagpipe music.

About Our Band

The Newark Firefighters Pipe Band is dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich traditions of Irish bagpipe music and Celtic culture. Our members include both active and retired firefighters who share a passion for music and community service.

We perform at various public events, concerts, and charitable functions throughout the year, bringing the stirring sounds of the bagpipes to audiences across New Jersey and beyond.
